Made to Make Program Policies & Waiver

Please review the following policies before registering your child for a Made to Make program. By completing registration and accepting the Parent/Guardian Agreement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable policies below.

Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed once the required registration information and payment have been successfully submitted. Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A separate registration must be completed for each participating child.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a refund, less any nonrefundable processing fees. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the program begins are nonrefundable.

Once a program has started, refunds will not be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, schedule conflicts, illness, or other absences.

If Made to Make cancels an entire program, families will receive a refund for the canceled program. If an individual class must be canceled, Made to Make may provide a make-up class, credit, or prorated refund when appropriate.

Dismissal & Authorized Pickup

Parents/guardians must provide accurate dismissal information during registration. Students will only be released according to the dismissal instructions provided by the parent/guardian and any applicable school procedures.

Parents/guardians are responsible for notifying Made to Make of dismissal changes before the affected class. For student safety, children will not be released to an unauthorized individual without prior parent/guardian authorization.

Late Pickup

Students must be picked up promptly at the program's scheduled dismissal time unless they are being released to an approved school aftercare program. Parents/guardians should contact Made to Make as soon as possible if an unexpected delay occurs. Repeated or significantly late pickups may affect a student's continued participation in the program.
